The Neighbourhood Watch stake out a public restroom, watching as their (male) target enters the ladies' room, exiting with a plastic bag filled with unknown material. They give chase, before finally taking him down and bringing him to their interrogation room. In interrogation, the leader of the Watch goes hard with the questioning, but the pervert gives no information, unwilling to talk except to the new recruit. When they are alone, we learn that they were once lovers, but the pervert reveals (through song) how he was attacked by vampires, becoming one himself. However, his peaceful nature precludes his killing of anyone to get blood, so he survives by sucking the blood from used feminine hygiene products. He is the Pussy Vampire. This thoughtfulness wins over his former lover, and she becomes his first actual bite victim. They leave together, to roam the land as vampires in love.
